09/14/2018: West Law Firm, P.C. & Netzer Law Firm, P.C. File Lawsuit against City of Billings
Following the Montana Supreme Court Opinion in City of Missoula v. Franklin, Attorneys from West Law Firm, P.C. and Netzer Law Firm, P.C. have filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals who have been forced to pay unconstitutional court surcharges imposed by the City of Billings.

Eligibility
If you have plead guilty to, or been convicted of a misdemeanor criminal or traffic offense in Billings City Court since 2005, you may be entitled to reimbursement of Court surcharges unconstitutionally imposed against you by the City of Billings.
